Book Review on Song of life - A poetic retelling of Mahabharatha by Anuradha Singh

Song of Life – A poetic retelling of Mahabharatha by Anuradha Singh is a short-read mythology retold in the form of poem.

Retelling the tale of Mahabharatha in such a compact way shows the brilliance of the author.
It recollects the name and places of the epic and takes a quick ride into the story enjoying every lines of the book. Refreshing memories with long gone epic, retold in a modern verse in a laudable manner.
The major and important moments of the story is captured, and it gave a fulfilling thought while reading this book. The best part of the book is that the language was simple and easy to read, throwing light on important event and told in a narrative manner.

I really appreciate the authors effort in retelling an epic into a minuscule manner is applaudable.
Usually I don’t comment about the book cover, yet I felt the cover looks pretty cute and simple. Young people who are tired of reading big epic books, can read and enjoy this beautiful book.

I recommend this book to those readers who want a glimpse of Mahabharatha, reminding them the whole epic in an admirable way.

My rating is 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this vivid poetry.
