"Book Review on The unending maze by Vidushi Guptha"

The Unending Maze by Vidushi Gupta is a debut novel.

About the story:

This story whirls around protagonist "Amaya" and her life struggles. Being a young woman, she falls in love and gets married to Agastya her one true love. But fate plays a vital role in their life. She loses Agastya accidently when he drowns to death. Being a widower her grapple with life was piteous.

In a state of lackluster she meets "Rehan" a young man who reminded her of "Agastya". They got along with each other and it was a smooth travel but again a storm enters Amaya's life.

Who was Rehan? Is there any connection between Rehan and Agastya? What storm hit her life? Will she be able to turn into a new leaf? Or will she be stuck in the past with Agastya?  Here lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:
I loved the way the story is taken, right from the beginning to the end. The pacing of the story is precise and intact. I admire "Rehan's" character more than others. We could clearly see the tussle that Amaya is going through to make a decision.

All characters were given a decent exposure. There is no occurrence of fading of characters and that’s an added flavour to the story. This story depicts whatever happens in life, it must go on and nothing could stop us until we meet death.

I really enjoyed the way the weather condition, the restaurant and the books were delineated in the story. It’s a quick read and we can finish it in one shot.

You can see an unexpected twist in this story which I don’t want to reveal as it would become a spoiler. Our life is a maze where we cannot assure what happens next. The title is apt for this story and the narration is virtuous.

I would rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this great novel.

Book Review on From Ashes to dreams by Rashmi Trivedi

From Ashes to dreams by Rashmi Trivedi is a motivational sensation.

About the Story:

The story whirls around protagonist “Naina” a born orphan who lives in an orphanage ran by “Shanthi Amma”.

She has two good friends Kusum and Raghav. Raghav is over protective about Naina whereas Kusum always had a jealousy corner and hatred towards her. All three moves to an apartment to catch their dream life. Kusum loves Raghav and marries him leaving Naina behind.

But Naina has her own love story with Siddarth. Sid is a father of “Ayushi” and married to Sristi with a broken marriage. Sid and Naina were fond of each other and decided to get married. But Sristi health condition bought a hew between their relationship.

Fate plays a major role making Naina to stand at the door of death and even death turns her down. Anurag being a psychiatrist helps Naina to overcome these hurdles.

What will happen to Naina? Will she survive this heartbreak? Will she accept Anurag’s proposal? Whom she destined to be with Anurag or Sid? Lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:

The pacing of the story is precise and intact. I felt an emotional touch throughout the novel, the way the author took the story was upstanding.

We can see love, affection, tears, anger, vengeance and all types of emotion in it. It typically shows how people are surviving this present generation, their needs and purpose everything is beautifully explained by the author.

I loved Naina’s character, she is more practical with too much of sentiments, its true many of us are blindfolded with love and affection. Her beauty narrated through this tale was beautiful, I wish I had a chance to meet Naina.

Anurag, the psychiatrist played as a solace for Naina. All the characters were justifiable, and their part was equally considered without any evanesce. The story passes a message to every human who tries to kill themselves without realizing the importance of life.

I would recommend this book to all romance readers and it has high fillip factors.

I would like to rate 4/5 for this beguile novel.

"Book Review on Neverworld wake by Marisha pessl"

Neverworld Wake by “Marisha Pessl” is a science fiction, but it more looks like a fantasy tale, mystery suspense and a riddle finder.

About the Story:

The story whirls around Beatrice and her six best friends who gets separated after the sudden death of Jim (Beatrice boyfriend). Later Bea was invited by her friend Whitley for a party in Wincroft, which she accepts after a long dilemma.

While returning from the party, the six friends including Bea met with an accident and enters the “Neverworld”. Then a mysterious man explains about the happenings and asks them to vote for one among them for survival, while others remain dead.

Is the Neverworld is a joke or real? Are they dreaming about the Neverworld? Is Jim’s death being an accident or murder? Will they find the secret of this happenings? Who will survive this tragedy? Lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:

The author has sprinkled her imagination of a world that never exist, which is an exemplary attempt to draw readers attention.

What if we struck in an unknown world and can’t predict what will happen next, it will bring apprehensive flow through our spine. I really felt the jolts of avidness while reading this novel.

I liked Beatrice as she was true and dedicated to her love, friends and parents. Yet she had some hidden secrets that was never revealed to anyone except Martha. Martha had a secret affection towards Bea which she never disclosed to anyone. The attempts she made to save Bea was touching.

Everyone makes mistakes in their life but identifying it and realizing the mistake is a good thing in life. Here the connection between Jim’s death and their life struck in Neverworld is two different paths clubbed together to give a life for the story.

The adventures they undergo in finding the truth for Jim’s death, realizing their own mistakes and time travelling stuffs were enjoyable.

I would rate 4/5 for this avid novel.

Book Review on "KAIKEYI the mother of a god by Suresh Kala"

KAIKEYI The Mother of a God by Suresh Kala is a debut novel and an epic.
About the Story:
The story whirls around “Kaikeyi” Dhasarath’s wife fondly known as “Ram’s “mother.
The story opens with a twisted tragic were Kaikeyi was accused for Ram, Lakshman and Dhasarath’s death. She was taken to a private court meant only for Royal family malefactors. The court was situated several miles away from the capital and kept isolated.
The author tells about how Kaikeyi was born and bought up, how she married in hands of King Dhasarath and her past revealing the secrets some unaware things about her.
All the incidents, conversations, actions and her skills were exceptional.
Will Kaikeyi survives the accusation? Will she be punished for her sin? Will Ram come back shattering the destiny? Will the enemy’s rule over Ayodhya? Who will rule Ayodhya?  Lies the suspense of the story.
About the book:
This book is so intriguing, one cannot stop reading oneself until you finish it. The pace of the story is precise and intact. The language was simple, and we can come some new words that were used in ancient times.
The way the author narrated the story is mind blowing. I have never heard or seen “Kaikeyi” has such an intellectual mind and as a warrior. She was fondly called as “Chhoti” by their brother’s, that part was pleasing.
All those incidents, happenings and her braveness to overcome the hurdles was exemplary. The author has made so many logical interpretations and given a beautiful way of connecting the negatives into positives, made us love this story and fall in love with Kaikeyi.
Kaikeyi’s childhood comes like a flash back in between the story and gives an added flavor to the book.
The most interesting part is that, she meets Lord Shiva and their conversation about good and bad was remarkable. The author has a creative mind to explain such an in-depth, unseen and alluring things.
You would be very curious to know what happens next and what Kaikeyi as planned to defeat the shoddy situation.
I totally loved this novel and it’s a must read for all.
I would rate 5/5 for this ancient mythology.
