Review on "The Woman in the Window by A.J.Finn"

"The woman in the window" by A.J.Finn is a suspense thriller with a beautiful story line.

The story goes on its own pace which makes us pry.

The whole story revolves around "Anna Fox" who is suffering from a disease known as " Agoraphobia" led her to be inside walls for more than 10 months. She is a drunken woman who is under medication and hallucination is the side effect of her medication. Her world totally relies on gazing the outside world through her window was meant to be her favourite pass time.

She has a little family which was broken into pieces due to her mistake. She lost her family in an accident, but she imagine things and acts as if they were with them. She pretends to call his husband and convey things that is happening around. When we read this book we feel as if they do really exist. bu the twist and turns make us realize that was not really true.

There comes a perfect family "the Russel's" who resides opposite to her building. One day when she was gazing through her window she sees something that she is not meant to see it.
What she saw? Why she was not believed by anyone? Will she be accused for imagining things?  Was she actually hallucinating things? Will they believe her in the end lies the suspense of the story.

The author written this story in a perfect manner where you couldn't judge what happens next. Its a perfect "Hitchcockian" story and i loved it.

I would rate it ☆☆☆☆☆ for its super chilling suspense.

Review on The Game of Secrets by Saurish Hegde

The Game of Secrets by Saurish Hegde is a debut novel.
It is a science Fiction with little politics revolving around. The pace of the story is good. I felt more kind of movie being picturized inside the story.

Nishanth is a doctor and comes from a sophisticated background. He is an oncologist, who works with his father's multispeciality hospital run by four partners including his dad.

His ambition was to achieve something in the scientific world, but he gradually concentrates into politics to gain recognition, with the help of his friend Kashyap.
Nishanth political life is short as he nominates Kashyap to take it forward, they had a common enemy Adhishakthi who is a high-powered politician in that area. There starts a serious battle between those two parties and ongoing situation was made tough.

Nishanth gradually falls in love with a hot model named Navya, a fashion designer with a reputed background. The small romance between Navya and Nishanth was cute and admirable.

One fine day he gets a call from his scientist friend Ramdas regarding an experiment. He realized that his scientific research was more important than anything in his life.
He is more into science were he collaborates with his friend for this peculiar research of mind reading and healing many in-curable diseases. This experiment may prolong for years; hence he broke up with Navya and left politics.

There comes a threatening call to Nishanth from an unknown person who has knowledge about this experiment and wants to seek the complete power.

Who is that unknown person? Will the experiment get successful? Will Nishanth join in hands with Navya? Will he enter the politics again? Will the unknown person get the power what he wants? lies the suspense of the story.

I would rate ☆☆☆☆/5.

Review on "Stalking Jack the Ripper" by Kerri Maniscalco

" Stalking Jack the Ripper" by Kerri Maniscalco is a master piece and a debut novel. The author's writing skills are excellent, were the characters seems to be alive and draws oneself into to the story making us wander in the streets of London watching every scene.

Audrey Rose comes from an aristocratic background with wealth and prosperity, she is more into Forensic science working with her uncle as an apprentice. She sneaks out frequently from her house to perform experiments with the dead under his uncle "Jonathan's" supervision. Her father is totally against her eagerness to forensic science and warns her frequently. Audrey Rose has a brother named "Nathaniel" whom she loves so much, after their mother's death it was her father and Nathaniel takes care of Audrey Rose.

This book revolves around horror, corpse, dead, blood and fear. The story rolls with dreadful murder of woman's in a horror way, each time when the murder happens they are butchered without mercy and their organs went missing. Thomas Creswell plays a major role in this story. He is a student of Mr. Jonathan whose smartness and intelligence are admirable.

Thomas and Audrey Rose together investigate about who the murderer was, and their journey was full of panic, thrill and suspense. Mr. Jonathan, uncle of Audrey rose was found to be guilty and sent to an asylum, he was later released for his innocence.

The small romance between Audrey Rose and Thomas was cool and admirable. The suspense in each murder and the clues leading to find the killer seems to create goosebumps. Audrey Rose suspects, Thomas, the Detective who handles the case, and even her own father.

Will her suspects be one of the murderers? Does Audrey Rose and Thomas would fall in love with each other? Will Audrey Rose continue with her Forensic science? Will the murder continue? Will they find Jack the Ripper and solve the case?  lies the suspense of the story.

"Stalking Jack the Ripper" is the first book in this series, the second book is "Hunting Prince Dracula" and the third book yet to be released is "Escaping from Houdini" (tentative release date is 18th Sep'18).
I loved this story to the core.
I would like to rate 5/5 as it a best suspense thriller.
