Book Review on Sometimes it happens by Karan Sharma

Sometimes it Happens by Karan Sharma is a fiction work and falls under romance genre.

About the story:

The story whirls around protagonist Gautam, a 25-year-old chap falls in love with Roshni, a Senior Management member who works in an MNC. Roshni is elder to Gautam and they have an age difference of 12 years, yet his love towards her was so magical that the age difference was not a hurdle to him.

But for Roshni it’s always a burden to take forward the relationship, yet she loved him whole heartedly. With lot of twist and turns their engagement was finally fixed crossing those hurdles. But some unexpected thing happened which turned down the entire scenario.

What happens next? Will they succeed marrying each other? Else fate has some other role for them? Will society be a hurdle for their marriage? Lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:

The plot of the story is so practical as we can judge with the current Society having marriages with age difference. But the societal barrier is one such thing that always come in between even if two hearts likely to move forward.

But society never fails to point out things when it goes out of line even though, they (society) have so many problems on their own. Love is blind is one true saying and age is not a barrier for it. Gautam’s love towards Roshni was sturdy, yet external factors had influence to splinter it.

I liked about the humor thing described, especially when Gautam proposes a 60 years old woman. For a moment I thought she was the one he meant to love in this story but thank God it was not so.

Full of love, emotions, anger, friendship and relationship blended together formed this beautiful story and appreciate the authors effort to do so.
This book is a short bite with a pragmatic storyline and the language kept simple. The pacing of the story is precise and intact. The characters were placed appropriately without fading over a period.

Overall it was a nice read and I would recommend to readers who are fan of romance genre.
My ratings are 🌟🌟🌟🌠 for this vivid book.
