Book Review on Blood and Beloved: A collection of dark poetry from Hell by Krimson Ravyn

Blood and Beloved: A collection of dark poetry from Hell by Krimson Ravyn is a Gothic poem.

We have read poems mostly related to love, anger, hatred, ego, unsaid feelings etc., Can a poem be written in a Gothic form? Yes, our author as written such a beautiful book with horror blended into a perfect poem sending chills down our spine. Each poem gives a magical touch and reveals the hidden darkness like a flow of waterfall.

It’s the title that intrigued me to read this vivid book. A collection of 45 poems, with interesting and captivating title of each poem was an exemplary work. Certain poems laid an impact of ever lasting impressions.

Usage of hard words could have been avoided, so that it would be easy for the readers to apprehend it. We could sense the essence of Gothic flavour maintained throughout the book which is an added advantage and makes this book more unique.

The author has penned downed the soundless screaming that each heart is bounded with. I admire the author’s effort and appreciate for picking a unique genre and confined into a beautiful poem.

I liked” I died twice”, “The book of Shadows” and “Blood of my Valentine” the most. I would like to recommend this book to all readers who like to explore new genre written with gothic effect and maintained its quality throughout the book.

My rating is 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this Gothic poem.
