"Book Review on The unending maze by Vidushi Guptha"

The Unending Maze by Vidushi Gupta is a debut novel.

About the story:

This story whirls around protagonist "Amaya" and her life struggles. Being a young woman, she falls in love and gets married to Agastya her one true love. But fate plays a vital role in their life. She loses Agastya accidently when he drowns to death. Being a widower her grapple with life was piteous.

In a state of lackluster she meets "Rehan" a young man who reminded her of "Agastya". They got along with each other and it was a smooth travel but again a storm enters Amaya's life.

Who was Rehan? Is there any connection between Rehan and Agastya? What storm hit her life? Will she be able to turn into a new leaf? Or will she be stuck in the past with Agastya?  Here lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:
I loved the way the story is taken, right from the beginning to the end. The pacing of the story is precise and intact. I admire "Rehan's" character more than others. We could clearly see the tussle that Amaya is going through to make a decision.

All characters were given a decent exposure. There is no occurrence of fading of characters and that’s an added flavour to the story. This story depicts whatever happens in life, it must go on and nothing could stop us until we meet death.

I really enjoyed the way the weather condition, the restaurant and the books were delineated in the story. It’s a quick read and we can finish it in one shot.

You can see an unexpected twist in this story which I don’t want to reveal as it would become a spoiler. Our life is a maze where we cannot assure what happens next. The title is apt for this story and the narration is virtuous.

I would rate 🌟🌟🌟🌟 for this great novel.
