Review on "Hope and Sunshine by Debasmita Nath Ghosh"

Hope and Sunshine by Debasmita Nath Ghosh is a debut novel.
In one word review we can describe "Hope and Sunshine as an emotion".

About the story:

The story revolves around "Naina Grover" a Punjabi girl from Delhi who works in Kolkata as a Marketing person.
In her company joins a new HR named "Aditya", he is a handsome guy and a friend of her beloved brother "Arjun".

Naina, Aditya & Arjun became so close and enjoyed their life happily. They wandered outside frequently having parties, fun, and relished. The friendship part is more adorable were I felt bit jealous of not having one.

She loved her family so much but departed to Kolkata due to her brother Namy's demise, a navy officer. Her Maasi was so caring and lovable yet she stayed in a separate apartment and visited her cousin brother Arjun & Maasi.

It was Adi who helped Naina in all her sorrows and sufferings, and he became her only "HOPE", and she called him the same. Whereas, for Adi she was his "SUNSHINE" as she was beautiful, glorious and made everyone around her happy. Even Adi's family loved Naina so much.

"Naina" was in love with "Ved", he is from a conservative background and a vegetarian. Ved's mom was suffering from Cancer, their relationship being a long-distance relationship and had many hurdles between them. Naina loved him all through her heart but the reciprocation from Ved was not adequate.

Naina had a hard time in mending her relationship with Ved as his mother was against their propinquity. It was Adi who gave her full confidence to face the hurdles and made her happy

Will Naina cobble her relationship with Ved? Will Ved's mother accepts Naina in marriage with him? Is she destined to marry someone else? Will she be able to overcome from her sorrows? lies the suspense of the story.

About the book:

I had a feeling of jubilation when I read this story. Its more kind of emotion rather than a story. The way the author narrated the tale was very interesting and exemplary.
The pace of the story is good and ecstatic.
I would recommend this book to all who loves "Romance" genre.

I would rate 4/5.
