Review on "Stalking Jack the Ripper" by Kerri Maniscalco

" Stalking Jack the Ripper" by Kerri Maniscalco is a master piece and a debut novel. The author's writing skills are excellent, were the characters seems to be alive and draws oneself into to the story making us wander in the streets of London watching every scene.

Audrey Rose comes from an aristocratic background with wealth and prosperity, she is more into Forensic science working with her uncle as an apprentice. She sneaks out frequently from her house to perform experiments with the dead under his uncle "Jonathan's" supervision. Her father is totally against her eagerness to forensic science and warns her frequently. Audrey Rose has a brother named "Nathaniel" whom she loves so much, after their mother's death it was her father and Nathaniel takes care of Audrey Rose.

This book revolves around horror, corpse, dead, blood and fear. The story rolls with dreadful murder of woman's in a horror way, each time when the murder happens they are butchered without mercy and their organs went missing. Thomas Creswell plays a major role in this story. He is a student of Mr. Jonathan whose smartness and intelligence are admirable.

Thomas and Audrey Rose together investigate about who the murderer was, and their journey was full of panic, thrill and suspense. Mr. Jonathan, uncle of Audrey rose was found to be guilty and sent to an asylum, he was later released for his innocence.

The small romance between Audrey Rose and Thomas was cool and admirable. The suspense in each murder and the clues leading to find the killer seems to create goosebumps. Audrey Rose suspects, Thomas, the Detective who handles the case, and even her own father.

Will her suspects be one of the murderers? Does Audrey Rose and Thomas would fall in love with each other? Will Audrey Rose continue with her Forensic science? Will the murder continue? Will they find Jack the Ripper and solve the case?  lies the suspense of the story.

"Stalking Jack the Ripper" is the first book in this series, the second book is "Hunting Prince Dracula" and the third book yet to be released is "Escaping from Houdini" (tentative release date is 18th Sep'18).
I loved this story to the core.
I would like to rate 5/5 as it a best suspense thriller.
